In August, we celebrated the end of Ramadan with a special Eid formal dinner. Members of the Muslim club joined with our international liaisons to explain the importance of fasting in the Muslim tradition and the history of the celebration of Eid in the American White House. Our special thanks to Mrs. Albadawi for helping us to choose the recipes and arrange the dinner.
